FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS VIRTUAL COACHING?
Virtual coaching is exactly what it sounds like -- we will train via Facetime, Skype, Microsoft Teams, or another virtual meeting software you have available. If you have equipment, that's great. If you don't have equipment, that's great too. I can use my background and thousands of hours of experience to adjust to any situation.

Since the pandemic hit and all the gyms shutdown, I was able to make a quick and swift change to online training. I feel very confident in working with any individual virtually to help them reach their goals.
WHERE IS YOUR GYM LOCATED?
Oliver Athletics is located at my residence. I have converted my garage into a fully functional workout studio. Currently, a large percentage of my proceeds go toward upgrading equipment and aesthetics to make for a welcoming and fun environment. Training with me removes the large gym nervousness and wondering if someone is watching you. It will be just you and I working to get stronger every single day.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
I have a full power rack from Titan Fitness, 2 barbells, a deadlifting area, 260lbs of bumper plates, and 250lbs of cast iron lifting plates. I also have a variety of resistance bands, pull-up bands, therapy bands, dumbbells and kettlebells.
WHAT ARE YOU LIKE AS A PERSONAL TRAINER?
A common theme around my approach to exercise and Personal Training is attentive and professional. With that said, I aim to push you to new highs, treat you with respect, and provide knowledge and reasoning to our training sessions.

I only have two expectations from my clients:
1. Show up (on time).
2. Give me your best effort.
